Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your handmade signs and décor, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. Here's how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges:

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email letting you know it arrived safely and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t seen your refund hit your account yet, don’t worry—it can take a little time. Here’s what to do:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take a few days for the refund to officially post.

  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Thanks for understanding!

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us via email at backyarddahlia@gmail.com first, before sending anything back. We’ll guide you through the process and make sure we get the issue resolved quickly. Once approved, you can send the item to:

You’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and just a heads-up, shipping fees are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.

If your item is over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance. While we’ll do everything we can on our end, we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return without these precautions.

Shipping

As a small, handmade family business, each item is carefully crafted just for you. Our current processing time is up to 2 weeks. We truly appreciate your patience and support while we create something special by hand!


We offer First Class, Priority Mail, and UPS shipping options. If USPS and UPS rates are similar, we’ll choose the carrier that will get your order to you the fastest—because we know you're excited to receive your goodies!

We keep it simple—shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination. No hidden fees, just what it takes to get your handmade goodies delivered safely to your doorstep!

 

 

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally due to customs costs and delays. We appreciate your understanding!
